Double glazing is only as good as the installation. The frame, the glass and the fit all have to be right, which is why a large part of our work comes from builders and renovators who have used us before and come back.

We work across residential renovations, extensions, granny flats and new builds, alongside commercial fit-outs and refurbishments. The product range is consistent throughout — 55mm and 100mm thermally broken aluminium frames, double or single glazed, in white and black, with stainless steel mesh screens — and it all comes straight from our Bankstown warehouse at factory outlet pricing.

What Every Project Starts With

The same process, whether it is one window or sixty.

You Send The Schedule

Sizes, quantities and your suburb. A photo of the opening helps if you are not certain of the dimensions, and we would rather ask than quote the wrong unit.

We Confirm Stock

We check what is actually on the shelf and quote from that. If a size is not held, we say so and price it as a made-to-order item rather than pretending it is in stock.

Staged Delivery

Deliveries sequenced to your building program, so windows arrive when the opening is ready and you are not storing a pallet on site for six weeks.

Install & Handover

Supply only with your own installer, or supply and install through ours. We fit off a written scope so there is no ambiguity about what is included.

Both. The bulk of our work is residential — renovations, extensions, granny flats and new builds — alongside commercial fit-outs and refurbishments. The same product range and the same factory outlet pricing applies either way.

The gallery below shows the range of installations and window types we work with. If you want to see the product itself before you commit, come to our Bankstown warehouse — that is the advantage of buying direct from the factory outlet.

Both are available. Supply only suits builders and renovators with their own installer; supply and install is available through our installer network. Either way it is priced separately and clearly.

Yes. We hold 55mm and 100mm frames in white and black, plus colonial bar and leadlight configurations, which covers a lot of period and character-stock homes. Send us a photo and the dimensions and we will tell you what is closest and what needs to be made to order.
